% 28.01.2016 IA No. 24703/2015 (under Section 151 CPC filed by plaintiff for release of the keys and original documents of property No.9/58, Geeta Colony, Delhi) As per report of the dealing assistant, original keys and title documents of property No. 9/58, Geeta Colony, Delhi has been deposited by the defendants with the registry. Vide order dated 07.05.2015, Hon'ble Court decreed the suit in respect of the aforesaid property. In paragraph 7 of the order, it was observed that on receiving the entire agreed amount, defendants will file their affidavits and plaintiff shall be at liberty to approach the court for release of the title documents and keys of the aforesaid property. IA is supported by the affidavits of all four defendants. Defendants No.1&2 are present in person. They also confirm that the agreed amount has been received by the defendants and the defendants have no objection
to the release of the keys and the documents to the plaintiff. Learned counsel for defendants also submits that he has no objection to the IA. IA is allowed. Keys and original title documents of property No. 9/58, Geeta Colony, Delhi be released to the plaintiff. Plaintiff shall appear before AR (O) for this purpose on 30th January, 2016.
CS(OS) 2887/2012 The suit will continue in respect of property No. 9/59, Geeta Colony, Delhi. The suit stands transferred to the District Courts in view of notification number 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 Keys and original title documents of property No.9/58, Geeta Colony, Delhi be released to the plaintiff before sending the file to the District Courts.
