O R D E R

% 01.06.2018 The Court finds no reason to interfere with the order of the Single Judge who relegated the dispute to the Appellate Tribunal, Municipal Corporation of Delhi for a decision on the issue of the property tax dues in this case. The Court clarifies that the Tribunal is competent to decide which is the appropriate use factor, applicable to the appellant institution. In case the appellant succeeds either wholly or in part, the Tribunal would make appropriate consequential directions.
