% 30.09.2016 IA No.11702/2016 This is an application filed on behalf of the plaintiff, inter alia, praying that this Court may pass necessary directions regarding the recording of evidence.

It is seen that by an order dated 03.08.2016, the present suit was directed to be transferred to the Court of learned District & Sessions Judge, (South-West) Dwarka Courts, New Delhi. Accordingly, the applicant/plaintiff is required to approach the said court for any relief. The application is disposed of with the liberty to the plaintiff to approach the concerned Court. Needless to mention that the Court shall consider the grievance of the applicant/ plaintiff and pass necessary orders in accordance with law. Since, the application of the present suit was listed before this Court, the matter could not be listed before the District Court yesterday. The Registry is directed to transfer all the case files to the District & Sessions Judge, (South-West) Dwarka Courts, New Delhi forthwith.

The parties will appear before the concerned Court on 25.10.2016.
