Learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement qua the issues involved inter se themselves before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC), as recorded in the Settlement Agreement dated 10.07.2025. 2.

It is further submitted that by virtue of the Settlement Agreement dated 10.07.2025, the parties have agreed to the terms and conditions of the earlier Settlement Agreement dated 08.04.2024 arrived inter se them. Accordingly, it is prayed that a decree be drawn up in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 08.04.2024, which has been filed as Annexure-A to the earlier filed CM APPL. No.22148/2024. Learned counsels for the parties have also identified the signatures of their respective clients on both the Settlement Agreements dated 08.04.2024 and 10.07.2025.

This Court has perused the terms of settlement as recorded inter se the parties in both the Settlement Agreements dated 08.04.2024 and 10.07.2025 and finds them to be lawful.

Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in terms of the settlement as recorded in the Settlement Agreement dated 08.04.2024 which has been filed as Annexure-A to the earlier filed CM APPL. No.22148/2024. 6.

Registry is directed to draw up Decree sheet accordingly. 7.

Needless to mention, the parties shall remain bound by the terms mentioned in the Settlement Agreement dated 08.04.2024, which has been filed as Annexure-A to the earlier filed CM APPL. No.22148/2024 and which shall form a part of the decree sheet.

In view of the above, the present appeal, alongwith pending applications, stands disposed of.
