Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that defendant is located at IGI Airport which falls under the jurisdiction of District South-West, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to South-West, Delhi. In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South-West), Dwarka, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South-West), Dwarka, Delhi on 26.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
