Though the application has been filed unilaterally by the respondents No.1&2/applicants stating that a compromise has been arrived at with the appellant but the counsel for the appellant appears and confirms the same and both counsels state that the appeal itself be disposed of as compromised in terms of settlement Annexure R-A to the application and the amounts lying deposited in this Court together with interest accrued thereon be refunded to the appellant.
