% 28.08.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No. 0001/2018 under Section 25 of the Arms Act registered at PS Special Cell for illegally possessing 30 country made pistols and one country made carbine. After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
