Bail Appl. 663/2015 Petitioner is husband of deceased who committed suicide within seven years of marriage. Earlier bail application of petitioner has already been dismissed by a learned Single Judge of this Court on 10th October, 2014 vide detailed and reasoned order wherein suicide note of deceased has been considered.
