% 30.01.2017 IA No. 1188/2017 This is an application filed by the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, inter alia, praying that the suit be decreed in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC) on 04.11.2016. The application is supported by affidavits of the authorized representatives of the parties. The settlement is lawful.
