% 20.05.2016 CM No.19182/2016 (exemption) Exemption is allowed subject to all just exceptions. FAO(OS) 153/2016 & CM No.19181/2016 (directions) We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. This is an appeal against the order dated 10.05.2016, passed by a learned Single Judge, where the request for early hearing has been rejected and also the prayer of the appellant for placing the award to be made by the Arbitral Tribunal in a sealed cover. We agree with the learned Single Judge that there is absolutely no basis for making such a claim. If any party is aggrieved by the award made by the Arbitral Tribunal, it has recourse to provisions of Section 34 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

The appeal is dismissed.
