O R D E R

% 14.02.2019 Vide order dated 05.02.2019, the Hon'ble Court has inter alia directed as under:- "The sum of Rs.12.5 lakhs which is lying deposited in this Court, along with any interest, if any, accrued thereon, be released in favour of Mr. Narender Singh (after deducting TDS, if any).

As per record, an amount of Rs.12,50,000/- has been deposited in this case and the same is lying in FDR.

Mr. Narender Singh, judgment debtor No.1 requests that an amount of Rs.12,50,000/- alongwith interest (after deducting interest, if any) may kindly be released to him in terms of order dated 05.02.2019 passed by the Hon'ble Court. In view of the above, Registrar (B&A) is directed to release the amount of Rs.12,50,000/- alongwith interest, if any, (after deducting TDS, if any) to Mr. Narender Singh, JD No.1 in terms of order dated 05.02.2019 passed by the Hon'ble Court after due identification and receipt.
