% 09.08.2016 It is submitted that the matter has been settled between petitioner and complainant. Learned counsel for complainant admits this fact. It is further submitted that application for compounding of offences will be moved before the concerned Court.

Keeping in mind the above fact, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO concerned.
