The present leave to appeal petition is filed by the petitioner against the impugned judgment dated 08.03.2018, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dwarka Courts, Delhi acquitting the respondent in case FIR No.68/2013. 2.

It is not disputed that that the victims in their examination in chief had clearly named Respondent to be the one, who had committed the offence. The allegations were also supported by the MLCs.

The matter requires consideration. Appeal is admitted. 4.

In view of the above, the leave to appeal is granted and the appeal be numbered as Criminal Appeal ............/2025 (to be numbered).
