At the outset, learned counsel for the parties submit that the relief sought in these appeals are covered by the decision dated 18.05.2016 in LPA 136/2016 titled Bhola Ram Patel vs. New Delhi Municipal Council and Anr. and other connected matters. The counsel appearing for NDMC and some of the petitioners also submit that clarifications are necessary for the proper implementation of the said judgment. They however do not dispute that with respect to the

main features of the appeal the said judgment covers the issue. Accordingly, these appeals are disposed of in terms of the decision dated 18.05.2016 in LPA 136/2016 titled Bhola Ram Patel vs. New Delhi Municipal Council and Anr. and other connected matters. It is open to the parties to move appropriate application seeking clarification or any other suitable relief as is available in law. The appeals along with pending applications are disposed of in the above terms.
