CM 22221/2016 (delay) This is an application for condonation of delay of 83 days in filing the present Intra Court Appeal. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that appropriate orders may be passed by the Court. The delay had occurred because of the error made by the learned counsel for the applicant.

In view of the aforesaid reason, we condone the delay. The application is allowed.

LPA 373/2016 & CM 22222/2016 (stay) Mr Sriharsha Peechara, Addl. Standing Counsel for NDMC, who appears on advance notice states that they will follow the order dated 18.05.2016 passed in LPA No. 136/2016 titled 'Bhola Ram Patel v. New Delhi Municipal Council and Another'.

Learned counsel for the appellant, in view of the aforesaid statement of the Addl. Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent (NDMC), states that the present appeal may be disposed of.

The appeal is disposed of in terms of this statement made by the learned Addl. Standing Counsel for NDMC. The said respondent will be bound by the said statement.

Interim application is accordingly rendered infructuous and is disposed of.
