Ms. Rajani Modi, Dy. Manager with ICICI Bank Ltd, Commercial Banking Branch, Unit No. 02, Ground Floor and Unit No. A07 First Floor, Solitaire Plaza, DLF Phase III, M.G.Road, Gurugram 122001, present for verification of Bank Guarantee bearing no.

0544BGR0226519 renewed/extended on 27-01-2020 for an amount of Rs. 39,81,10,509.22 valid upto 21-02-2021 and also for verification of Bank Guarantee bearing no. 0544BGR0226319 renewed/extended on 27-01-2020 for an amount of Rs 14,75,90,108/- valid upto 21.02.2021. Her statement recorded in this regard. She has been identified by the Ld. counsel for the petitioner.

Having regards to the statement of Ms. Rajani Modi, Bank Guarantee bearing no. 0544BGR0226319 & 0544BGR0226519 both renewed/extended on 27-01-2020 for an amount of Rs 14,75,90,108/- and Rs 39,81,10,509.22/- respectively both now valid upto 21.02.2021 (Ex. PY-3 & PY-4) are found in order and accordingly, the same are hereby accepted. This application is accordingly disposed off. Petitioner no. 1 is directed to keep the Bank Guarantees (Ex. PY-3 & PY-4) alive till the disposal of the case and submit renewed/extended Bank Guarantees atleast four weeks in advance before the expiry of the aforesaid bank guarantees.

In case Petitioner no. 1 failed to place on record the extended Bank Guarantees within four weeks, Registry is directed to put this file before this court.
