% 25.07.2016 Petitioner is stated to be son of Bhola Dutt Pandey who was stated to be squatting in front of Shop No. 98, Babu Market, Sarojini Nagar. His submission is that his name should be substituted in place of his deceased father who had died on 04.02.2016. Respondent on advance notice has put an appearance. It is not in dispute that a TVC qua the respondent has been constituted. The grievance, if any, of the petitioner including his prayer for substitution will be considered by the TVC in accordance with law. No further orders are called for on this petition. It is disposed of.
