% 25.07.2016 Petitioner Beena Devi is the widow of Vinay Kumar. It is stated that late Vinay Kumar was squatting near shop No.60, Babu Market, G-Avenue Road, Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi. He had since died on 27.02.2016. Submission of the petitioner is that she should be substituted for the deceased squatter. Additional submission is that she is protected under Section 3(3) of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014.

Admittedly, the Town Vending Committee (TVC) has since been constituted qua respondent. The rights of the petitioner will be determined by the TVC and the petitioner is permitted to approach the TVC and the TVC will answer the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law.

No further orders are called for in the petition. Petition disposed of.
