The limited prayer of the petitioner is that his representation dated 28.04.2018 be dealt with by the respondents.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he has encroached upon the Gram Sabha land.

Counsel for the petitioner says that some portion of the land owned by him falls under Gram Sabha and, therefore, he is willing to offer another parcel of land in exchange.

Counsel for petitioners says that, for this purpose, an application was made in 1998. This application is appended as Annexue A-5 at page 49 of the paper book.

The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to deliberate upon the representation dated 28.04.2018, filed by the petitioner.

The needful will be done within two weeks.
