O R D E R
% 25.06.2018 Vide order dated 18.06.2018 passed by this Court, the respondents were directed to take a final decision regarding allotment of Kiosk/shop to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, the respondents have in the peculiar facts of the present case taken a decision on 21.06.2018 to allot a Kiosk to the petitioner, which is at platform-C (Bus Bay No.76) ISBT, Anand Vihar, Delhi (area measuring 15.00 sq ft.) only till the time, when the tendering process, in respect of the newly allotted shop and issuance of LOA to the successful bidder, is completed. Mr. Farasat further submits on instructions that the aforesaid letter has been duly accepted by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not have any instructions in this regard and as states that despite her best efforts, she has not been able to contact the
petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the respondents and the decision taken by the respondents to allot the aforesaid Kiosk to the petitioner till the time of completion of the tendering process, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition. Binding the respondents to their aforesaid statement, the petition alongwith the pending application is disposed of as infructuous.
