% 04.07.2018 The limited grievance of the petitioner is that its application to amend bill of entry (no.3902313 dated 07.11.2017) to allow the goods to the warehouse has not been considered. Copy of the said application has been annexed alongwith this writ petition as 'Annexure P-12'.

Though, notice was issued by this Court on 01.06.2018, however, no return has been filed nor does learned counsel assigned with the matter appear before the Court. In these circumstances, having regard to the restricted nature of relief, the concerned Commissioner of Customs (Import), ICD, Tughlakabad, New Delhi is hereby directed to pass an appropriate order on the application for

amendment of the bill of entry within two weeks considering the circumstances and directly communicate the same to the petitioner. All rights and contentions of the parties are kept open. The writ petition is disposed off in the above terms. Dasti.
