% 20.01.2016 Order could not be passed as case is liable to be transferred. This is a suit by indigent person for recovery valued at less than Rs.2 crores.

Ld. counsel for parties submit that defendant is located at Punjabi Bagh which falls under the jurisdiction of District West, Delhi hence seek transfer of present case to District West, Delhi.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (West), Tis Hazari, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (West), Tis Hazari, Delhi, on 14.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
