He further submits that only one issue remains to be decided in this case therefore, this case may not be transferred to subordinate court. He further submits that he will move appropriate application for retention of the case before this Court. Let necessary steps as submitted be taken by plaintiff within a week. Renotify on the date already fixed in the case i.e. on 27.02.2019.
