W.P.(C) 6398/2018 The present petition has been filed with the following prayers: "a.

Allow the present petition and direct the respondent to again place the application of the petitioner for sanction for property bearing Khasra Nos. 7/17/2 min, 7/16 mi, 8/11, 8/20/11 min, 8/13 situated in the revenue estate of Village Khampur Narela, before the Committee constituted by the respondent to consider the sanction of motels and to take a reasoned stand and communicate the same to the petitioner, in parity with the other similarly placed applicants. b. Direct the respondent North DMC to grant an opportunity to

the petitioner of being heard by way of a personal hearing by none other than the Commissioner, North DMC.

c. Pass such other and further order(s) as may be deemed just and proper in the premise of this case".

Mr. Wali, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has come to know that his application for sanction has been rejected. He states, the said order has not been received by the petitioner. Mr.Dutta, learned counsel appearing for the respondent conceding the fact that request of the petitioner for sanction of the plans has been rejected, states that a fresh copy of the same shall be given to Mr.Wali, Adv. within two days.

Noting the said submission, relegating the petitioner to ATMCD, in accordance with law, the present petition is closed. Order dasti.
