1. It is stated by learned counsel for the Respondent that the original refund order had in fact already been issued in 2014. However, for some reason the amount could not be credited to the account of the Petitioner. It is further stated that now on 13th April 2017 another order has been issued as regards interest due on the amount. It has been assured to the Court by learned counsel for the Respondent that the said amount together with interest will now be credited to the account of the Petitioner not later than one week from today.

2. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. If there is any noncompliance with the above direction, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
