O R D E R

1.

Order dated 10th May, 2025, has been passed by the National Lok Adalat, which reads as under:

"1. A civil Writ No. 11832/2009 has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned speaking orders dated 08.09.2004, 03.12.2004 and supplementary bill dated 28.09.2004 impugning assessment bill of for Rs.5,21,738/- against Case ID 06080400007 for the Kh. No. 76, Village Ranhola, New Delhi 110041.

2. The terms of the pre-sitting Lok Adalat, as recorded in order dated 02.05.2005, are again confirmed by the parties and they submit that the matter may be disposed of, in the terms as recorded in order dated 02.05.2025 passed in pre-sitting Lok Adalat.

3. Resultantly, as per the terms of the settlement, the petitioner herein would deposit a sum of Rs.78,265/- with respect to the bill in question with the Respondent Company on or before 31.05.2025. On such payment made in the office of Respondent Company, the respondent Company would issue 'No Dues Certificate' with respect to the bill in question. Learned counsel for BSES Rajdhani Power Limited submits that on such payment being made by the petitioner, nothing would remain due or outstanding with respect to the assessment bill of Rs.5,21,738/-.

settled in aforesaid terms.

5. A copy of this order be sent to the learned Referral Court for information on 21.05.2025."

Perusal of the aforesaid order shows that the matter now stands settled between the petitioner and the respondent.

As per the terms of the settlement, the petitioner herein would deposit a sum of Rs.78,265/-, with respect to the bill in question, with the respondent on or before 31st May, 2025.

On such payment, the office of the respondent company would issue 'No Dues Certificate' with respect to the bill in question. 5.

Noting the aforesaid, the present writ petition is accordingly, disposed of, as settled.

The next date of hearing of 7th August, 2025, stands cancelled.
