Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.179/2013 registered under Sections 285/336 IPC at PS Dwarka South, New Delhi. It is stated that the matter has been settled amicably with the complainant / respondent No.2. 2.
Counsel for respondent No.2 is present. I have enquired from him if the company has settled the dispute with the petitioner amicably. He has informed that the disputes have been resolved amicably and he has no objection to the quashing of the FIR in question. The entire dues have been paid by the petitioner. CRL.M.C. 2091/2016

The petition is supported by the affidavit of the petitioner & no dues certificate issued by respondent No.2. Since the dispute between the parties has been settled, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to enable the parties to put an end to the litigation, FIR No.179/2013 registered under Sections 285/336 IPC at PS Dwarka South, New Delhi and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed. 4.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
