The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the order passed by the Appellate Authority.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner's appeal preferred against the order of the Regional Passport Officer declining the passport facility was rejected by the concerned authority on 20.05.2018. The said order has not been impugned in the present petition. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by

leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the said order in accordance with law.
