This is an Application filed on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 for release of balance 50% compensation amount deposited with the Court. 2.

Mr. A.K Soni, Advocate appears on behalf of the Appellant and submits that he has no objection if the prayer made in the Application is allowed in view of the fact that the Appeal has already been disposed of by a Coordinate Bench of this Court by judgment dated 24.10.2024. 3.

Accordingly, and for the reasons as stated in the Application, the Application is allowed.

The amounts shall be released in accordance with the Impugned Award as read with the judgment passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court.

The Application is disposed of.
