The petitioners have filed the present petition praying that FIR No.0379/2016, under Sections 287/337/304-A of the IPC registered at P.S. Dabri and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. The present petition is predicated on the basis that the petitioners and victims have settled their differences. However, it is pointed out that all the victims have not settled with the petitioners.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioners to apply afresh after the petitioners arrive at a settlement with all the victims.

It is clarified that the question whether the said FIR may be quashed

on the basis of a settlement will be examined as and when the petition is filed.

The said question is reserved.

This Court has not expressed any opinion on the same.
