Petitioners seek employment with the Government of NCT of Delhi. This petition therefore is not maintainable before this Court because the original jurisdiction to decide service matters disputes of employees of Government of NCT of Delhi with the Government of NCT of Delhi is with the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Principal Bench, New Delhi inasmuch as Government of NCT of Delhi is in the list of institutions, W.P.(C) No.5133/2016

disputes of which with its employees have to be decided by the CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi.

Instead of dismissing this petition, on the request made on behalf of the petitioners, this petition is transferred for decision to the CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi. Parties to appear before the Registrar of CAT on 22nd December, 2016.
