LA.APP. 163/2016 & CM Appln.22207/2016 (Delay) The appellant has challenged the judgment and decree dated 29.05.2014 passed by the learned ADJ, Karkardooma Courts, Shahdara in LAC No.25A/2011 with respect to Award No.2/2007-08 pertaining to land falling in Village Jhilmil Tahirpur, Delhi.

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the case is covered by judgment delivered in LA. APP.401/2014 whereby the appeal filed by the land owners/land users with respect to same acquisition has been dismissed. Learned counsels appearing for the parties, in unison, submit that this appeal will also meet the same fate as that of LA. APP.401/2014.

Keeping this in mind, the delay of 629 days in filing the appeal is condoned and the appeal is dismissed in terms of judgment delivered in LA. APP. No.401/2014.

The application seeking condonation of delay and the appeal are disposed of accordingly.
