% 28.09.2018 The counsel for the respondent places on record copy of the printout of e-mail received from the respondent on 27.09.2018, instructing him to withdraw petition under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. He submits and undertakes that as instructed he would be taking necessary steps in such regard vis-a-vis the petition (CC No.11/04/11) and the execution application pending, by moving applications within a week hereof.

The instructions of the respondent and undertaking on her behalf having been recorded, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press the present petition for any further directions. It is accordingly dismissed.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
