O R D E R

% 25.07.2018 Learned counsels for parties informs that matter has been amicably settled between the parties per settlement agreement dated 18.07.2018 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, New Delhi and more specifically in terms of paras No.7(a) to 7(n) thereof. The amount settled therein and undertakings have been handed over to the learned counsel for plaintiff today in the Court. The parties shall be bound by the terms of settlement agreement dated 18.07.2018; such settlement being voluntarily, without any undue coercion or influence from any corner and is a lawful settlement.

In the circumstances, the suit of the plaintiff stands decreed in terms of settlement as contained in paras No.7(a) to 7(n) of the settlement agreement dated 18.07.2018, which shall form part of the decree. Parties are bound by such terms.

Since the matter has been settled through mediation, the plaintiff shall be entitled to the refund of the Court fees per provisions of the Court Fees Act. Pending application(s) also stands disposed of. Parties to bear their own costs. YOGESH KHANNA, J JULY 25, 2018 M
