% 22.03.2016 Crl.M.A. No.13418/2015 (for restoration) The present petition came up for hearing on 26th August, 2014 when notice was issued to the respondent no.1. On 18th December, 2014, respondent no.1 appeared when he was directed to file reply. Thereafter, on 4th March, 2015, joint request for adjournment was made.

On 25th August, 2015, the petition and application were dismissed in default.

On 14th September, 2015, an application for restoration of the petition was filed in which notice was issued for 8th December, 2015.

On 8th December, 2015, as process fee was not filed, notice was again issued to the respondents for today on the petitioners' filing process fee.

None has appeared on behalf of the petitioners despite the matter having been passed over thrice. It appears that the petitioners

are not interested in the prosecution of the present matter. Crl.M.A. No.13418/2015 for restoration of the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
