On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent no.1 has put in appearance. His submission is that the same petitioner has already preferred WP(C) No.5617/2016 which is listed before the Coordinate

Bench of this court on 28.11.2016.

Liberty granted to the petitioner (through its 13 members) to move appropriate application seeking impleadment in that writ petition as the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that interim order in favour of that Association has already been filed by the Bench and in fact petitioners should also enure in their favour. This proposition is noted.
