% 13.08.2018 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that incorrect assessment refund orders were issued reflecting amounts in excess what is claimed.

In this proceeding, the petitioner claimed approximately Rs.5 lakhs and odd, whereas the refund process was for Rs.7 lakhs In view of the statement, the respondent shall ensure that the true and correct refund orders are made within two weeks and the amount shall be credited to the petitioner within three weeks. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
