This Court was informed that the learned counsel for the petitioners had expired and therefore, on 07.02.2024, this Court had directed that notice was issued to the petitioner without filing of the process fee. However, service report indicates that neither the address nor the addressee was traceable.

On the previous hearing Mr Lalit Bhardwaj, learned counsel who appeared in other similar matters, sought time to take instructions.
