% 01.06.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith and instead be given liberty to move a review application against the order dated 10.05.2013, the chamber appeal filed there against earlier under the Delhi High Court (Original Side) Rules having become infructuous on account of transfer of the case to the district court on change of pecuniary jurisdiction. The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. R.K.GAUBA, J.
