% 11.08.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be filing the amended memo of parties during the course of the day. Let the same be done and be taken on the record.

Learned counsel for both the parties have informed that the Arbitral Tribunal has been constituted and the parties have no objection if the present petition be accordingly disposed of and the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent on 23rd May, 2016 be continued during the pendency of the arbitration proceedings.

However, counsel for the respondent submits that liberty be granted to the respondent to move an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for modification or vacation of the said order. Learned counsel for the

petitioners has no objection in this regard.
