CM No.22273/2017 in W.P.(C) No.6906/2012 The application seeks extension of time to enable some of the applicants to deposit the amount of Rs.4.5 lakhs directed in the main judgment. Considering all the circumstances and the fact that the review petition was disposed of on 30.05.2017, the Court is of the opinion that some relief is warranted. The time is hereby extended to 4 weeks from today. The extension of time would also be in favour of the petitioners in W.P.(C) No.106/2013. The time schedules indicated in the judgment shall be worked out accordingly e.g., the draw of lots should be held after 8 weeks. In case any amounts have been deposited in the meanwhile by the applicants or any other individual in compliance with the main judgment, they shall be accepted/encashed by the respondent - RCS. Application is disposed of.

CM Nos.6295/2014, 47499/2016, 47500/2016, 47501/2016 & 47502/2016 in W.P.(C) No.6906/2012 No further orders are required on these applications. The same stand disposed of.
