Crl.M.A. No.12402/2016 (permission to deposit the fine/cost) By this application the petitioner seeks to deposit the cost of `10,000/- imposed on the petitioner while quashing the FIR No.249/2016 under Sections 354B/323/509/34 IPC registered at PS Sultanpuri, Delhi by this Court vide order dated 20th May, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, the cost could not be deposited as the file got misplaced however, he be now permitted to deposit the cost amount. The cost of `10,000/- as directed by this Court vide order dated 20th May, 2016 be deposited with the Delhi High Court Staff welfare Fund within one week from today.

Application is disposed of. Order dasti.
