1. The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner challenging the order dated 15.02.2018 passed by the learned Special Judge, South District, Saket in criminal revision petition 53/2018 filed by the petitioner against the proceedings dated 08.01.2018 was dismissed. Vide order dated 08.01.2018, learned MM declined the request of the complainant/petitioner on the ground that the revision petition is pending before the learned Sessions Court. However, learned MM proceeded with the matter as there was no stay and the matter pertains to the year 1992.

2. Learned Sessions Court, in the impugned order, noted that another revision petition bearing No. 328/17 was also pending in the same case where stay was granted. However, there is no mention of the said criminal revision petition bearing No. 328/17. 3. Ms.Aakanksha Kaul, learned Amicus Curiae, submitted that now the accused persons have already been acquitted and another criminal revision petition bearing no. 133/2022 is filed. It is submitted that since the learned Trial Court has already decided the matter, the present petition has become infructuous and may be disposed of.

4. The complainant/petitioner appearing in-person, has a grievance that is the complaint on the administrative side for missing of certain documents has not been looked into by the learned Trial Court. The complainant-petitioner states that he has filed the complaint on 30.08.2024, but no action has been taken yet.

5. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the learned Trial Court is directed to decide the complaint being filed by the petitioner herein expeditiously, preferably within 8 weeks and communicate the same to the complainant/petitioner.

6. This Court also records the appreciation of Ms. Aakanksha Kaul, learned Amicus Curiae, who has assisted the Court in the present matter.

7. Accordingly, the petition along with the pending application stands disposed of.
