% 18.07.2016 Ld. counsel for defendant nos. 1 and 2 submits that as per para 21 of the plaint, the value of the suit for the purpose of pecuniary jurisdiction is less than Rs. 2 crores and therefore the matter is liable to be transferred to the District Courts.
I have perused the plaint as well as counter claim filed by the defendants.
Both the plaintiff and defendants have value their suit and counter claim below Rs. 2 crores for the purpose of pecuniary jurisdiction. Hence, the plaint as well as counter claim are liable to be transferred. In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit and counter claim stand transferred to the District Courts. The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 22nd August, 2016 for further
directions.
