During the course of arguments, it was agreed that from today onwards the respondent shall pay `40,000/-p.m. (Rupees forty thousand) as maintenance for both the petitioners. This payment would be without prejudice to the respective contentions of the parties.

In view of the settlement, the impugned order dated 17.12.2012 is modified and the amount of maintenance for both the petitioners shall be `40,000/- p.m. in all from today.

The revision petition stands disposed of in the above terms. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
