It is settled law that where an order passed by a Trial Court is modified by the Appellate Court, execution of the order would be in the domain of the Trial Court.

Considering the averments made in the application we dispose of the same directing the learned Presiding Judge of the concerned Family Court to take cognizance of the application which the appellant would file in terms of the order dated August 03, 2016 passed in the instant appeal and shall ensure compliance with the same.
