% 17.03.2026 CM APPL. 16452/2026 (seeking release of the amount) 1.

This application has been filed seeking directions for release of the compensation deposited by appellant/Insurance Company before Registrar General of this Court vide order dated 27th February 2015, in the context of the judgment passed by this Court on 19th February 2026, where the appeal was disposed of and compensation was enhanced. 2.

Directions were given by this Court on 19th February 2026 to deposit the enhanced compensation before the Tribunal and enhanced compensation was to be disbursed as per the directions passed by the Tribunal. 3.

As regards the amount which was deposited before the Registry, applicants/claimants parents of deceased/Dinesh Arora have filed this application for the release of the said amount. Considering the plea, 50% amount deposited before this Court, be released by the Registry to the applicants/claimants in the designated accounts, along with accrued interest after due verification. 5.

Balance 50% shall continue to be maintained in a fixed deposit, subject to further directions of the Court, based upon the necessity as stated by the applicants/claimants.

Liberty is given to applicants/claimants to apply for release of the balance amount in case of any necessity.

Application is, accordingly, disposed of.
