% 04.06.2018 The present petition has been filed for production of Mr.Satish Kumar Singh, husband of the petitioner who allegedly left the house on 30.05.2018 at about 11.30 a.m. and his whereabouts were not known. In response to the petition, learned Additional Standing Counsel has filed the status report. As per the status report, the said person Satish Kumar Singh is in the custody of Uttar Pradesh Police in FIR No.221/2018, under Sections 420/467/468/471/504/506 IPC, Police Station - Aurangabad, District Meerut, U.P.

Since, Mr. Satish Kumar Singh is in the judicial custody, as a result, the present petition is dismissed as rendered infructuous. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail the legal remedy in accordance with law.
