W.P.(CRL) 1836/2018 The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to the IO to arrest the accused persons in FIR No.201/2016, under Section 420/120-B IPC, Police Station Economic Offences Wing, Delhi.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing the present petition against respondent no.2 to 9. On the instructions of SI Harpal, learned ASC for the State at the outset submits that the challan is almost ready and is likely to be filed shortly.

In the facts and circumstances, the present petition is disposed of.
