% 19.07.2018 The present petition seeks cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents in FIR 143/2016 of police station Jafrabad involving offences punishable under Sections 376, 313, 498A, 406, 34 IPC.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor clarifies that the charge-sheet has already been filed and the competent court has taken cognizance, the trial being pending. If it were so, the anticipatory bail would have exhausted itself and the appearance of the respondents would have been regulated by a regular bail order. The petition against the anticipatory bail order, therefore, cannot survive and is disposed of accordingly. R.K.GAUBA, J.
